I finally finished my much-anticipated joke book entitled “Funny Jokes about Sea Creatures.” It was met with wild critical acclaim. Or, at least one person said they laughed. I have many more copies, so let me know if you want one. Here is a funny example page:
I also managed to complete my video project for the True/False Film Festival (the party part of the festival, not the documentary part) and the i^3 festival, thanks to Channing’s cat-distracting abilities and his possession/knowledge of final cut pro for doing the bluescreen parts. Originally I was making a video to be played at a True/False party, but then I realized, after looking up the definition of interstitial, that my concept also fit quite well into i^3’s interstitial theme. The two fests are happening on the same weekend, so there’s a slight chance that my video will be played at the exact same time in Columbia, MO and Chicago. And then something magical might happen, especially if I manage to psychically play the video here in San Francisco at the same time. It is leap weekend after all. Actually I don’t remember what day the T/F party is on, so there’s a good chance that it will be totally non-magically misaligned.
So my video is called “We are at a really fun party. True or false?” I will post it on youtube after it premieres in the living world, which will be February 29th approximately. Here is a non-moving picture preview:
In other news, I have decided to start an Etsy shop so I can continue to make/sell E.A.T. Bags even though I am far, far away from Maude V. I haven’t done it yet because I haven’t had time to make anything. But soon!
